Criminal expert Ervin Karamuço has stated that the perpetrator of today's murders in Shkodra may be at the beginning of this "profession." According to him, this may even have been the first assassination attempt.
According to him, it was a phone call to the police that helped the officers a lot. After the murder occurred, a municipal police officer called and gave precise details of where the perpetrator had gone, and this helped the police locate him. According to him, the police should be congratulated, but they took a lot of risks by intervening without bulletproof vests and other necessary measures.
