After the end of the protest in front of the Parliament and the march on some of the streets of Tirana, the protesters moved towards Police Station No. 1, where they demand the release of the organizer of the protest, Arben Kola, as well as other persons escorted during the rally.
Initially, the protesters gathered at "Skënderbej" Square, before marching towards the police station, where they are demanding information on the condition of the detainees and their release.
In their hands, some of the participants held bags of eggs and tomatoes, the same items that were used during the protest held earlier in front of Parliament.
Today's rally began in front of the Parliament, where there were moments of tension between protesters and police forces. Some citizens attempted to break the security cordon to approach the Parliament building, but were stopped by officers.
During the clashes, eggs were thrown at the police, while law enforcement officers used tear gas in some cases to disperse the crowd and keep the situation under control.
After escorting Arben Kola and several other protesters, the participants in the rally decided to continue the protest in front of Police Station No. 1, demanding their release and opposing the actions of the Police.
