Erion Vreliaj left the Durrës cell today to appear at the Administrative Court, where a court session is being held related to an administrative process against the prosecutor in the Veliaj case, Olsi Dado. More specifically, for the invalidity of the 2008 decree of the then President of the Republic (Bamir Topi), appointing prosecutor Dado.
Veliaj stated in the session held at the Administrative Court that activity in the Municipality of Tirana has been blocked after his isolation, emphasizing that decisions are no longer being made and a situation of uncertainty is being created in the institution.
According to him, after the intervention of SPAK prosecutor Ols Dado, the administration has stopped signing documents, while some services have been suspended.
"This is Ols Dado. So the Chef has become a pilot. Today, no one signs anymore in the Tirana municipality because they say when a person who worked even on Sunday is in prison, why should we sign?
