With the arrest of Krymi, Nuredin realized that the noose was tightening. He left Elbasan, crossed the border to Kosovo, where he hid and took refuge with friends of the "Alibejs". There he met Arjan Spahiu.

Only half of the explosives exploded.....They failed to demolish the villa. After the arrest of "Krym", the rivals were no longer sitting idly by. 3 weeks after the explosion in Talo Çela's apartment, Arjan Spahiu, the key man of the "Alibej" group, is executed in Belgium.
"I had constant contact with Arjan Spahi, there was a time when we were also talking about transporting cocaine, there was even a time when we had taken 100 kg of cocaine, 200 kg, so 200 'bread' we had taken to England to a connection that was Arjan Spahi, we made the exit from Europe, we took the goods to England, but there the goods were lost. We lost them after Arjan was killed."
Dumani himself investigated the execution of his friend Spahiu. He realized that it was a betrayal from within. His sense, again, was not wrong
"Fati, he said no, I have nothing to do with it, no, I have nothing to do with it. At that time, Erjoni himself was also talking about having secured the phone. And we said to him, if you have nothing to do with it, Fat, go to the police and give details of what happened, to the Belgian police. Fati did that too, but he never came out of the police. It turned out that he had something to do with the assassination attempt on Arjan Spahisa. This Fati had had contact with the Çopja brothers, but at the same time he was a close friend of Arjan Spahisa."

With Erjon Alibey locked behind bars and his right-hand man executed, Nuredin Dumani takes the reins of the group.
From Kosovo, he continued his activity by establishing connections with powerful names in the dark world, including Suel Çela...
According to Dumani, the latter offered to eliminate businessman Lulzim Masha in exchange for 200 thousand euros.
“Pas njohjes, nuk e di sesa muaj a sesa javë, më tha mua ‘o vëlla do më bësh një nder’. Edhe pse dështoi, me Lulzim Mashën, komunikimi Dumani-Çela u intensifikua. Sipas Dumanit, ai mori një tjetër porosi të eliminonte Elton Kilën...
“Për këtë më tha mua, më thuaj sa të duash.. OK i thashë unë, në rregull. I thashë Henrik Hoxhës. Ore i thash unë, kështu – kështu, do vrasim një person atje, e quajnë Ot Kila. Do angazhohesh ti për ta eliminuar këtë. Po më tha ky, faleminderit kusho, se jemi copë -copë, siç e kishte zakon ky....”
Në të njëjtën kohë kur Nuredin Dumani mori porosinë nga Suel Çela për eliminimin e Ot Kilës, policia i ra në gjurmë në Kosovë. Por, ai ia doli t’u ikte përpara se të mbyllej rrethi.
“Në atë kohë unë isha në Kosovë. Edhe më bëri blic policia atje, erdhën më rrethuan për të më arrestuar. Po më vinte Tonin Voci, me këto të Shqipërisë, se ashtu ishte marrëveshja për këtë punë. Ne e morëm vesh që në drekë që do rrethohesh pallati. Përpara se të zbrisja poshtë, i shkruajta një të njohuri aty, i thashë hajde më merr pak. Kam hipur në makinë, edhe ikim, aty e kuptuan që jam unë. Se ika me shpejt, na gjurmuan mbrapa ata, ikëm deri në Gjilan, shkova te Shaban Zeqiri. Zbrita nja 3-4 shtëpia më para, edhe zbrita, i thash atij vazhdo rrugën ti. Edhe i ndalon policia ato, po unë nuk isha në makinë.”
Pasi i shpëtoi policisë, Dumani u fsheh në Kukës e ndërsa Henrik Hoxha, vijonte të gjurmonte Ot Kilën.
“Më kapi sedra mua, se më vinte në sedër edhe Sueli, thashë unë do shkoj vet do ta vras. I thash hajde më merr pak se do vij vetë poshtë. Isha në Kukës unë, isha te shtëpia e Bujar Gremizit. Më ka shoqëruar Bujar Gremizi mua, deri në mëngjes, deri në Rrëshen, janë nja dy karburante aty, nuk e di si e kanë emrin ato karburantet, poshtë urës, po priste Henriku”
Nga aty Dumani nisi rrugën për të vrarë. Por, prej orësh, objektivi nuk u pa askund. Në kthesën e Papërit, gjuetari u kthye në prenë që po pritej prej kohësh.
“Ishte lojë e Suel Çelës. Suel Çela kishte hall të më çonte në grackë, nga fillimi deri në fund. Siç e bëri. E realizoi” u shpreh Nuredin Dumani, i penduari i drejtësisë".
Nuredin Dumani rrëfen se u rrethua nga tre makina.... “Një Benz” me targa greke i preu rrugën, ndërsa nga një benz “E-Class” shpërtheu breshëria. Në timon pa qartë të përhershmin, Talo Çelën.
Me plagë në trup, ai u hodh barkas për tu kundërpërgjigjur, por, atentatorët ishin zhdukur.

As soon as the assassins left, he asked for help. First he took Henrik Hoxha. Together they set off towards Fier.

Friends, associates, even those he had raised himself, abandoned him. Others promised to help him, but only forgotten words...

A few hours after the assassination, numerous RENEA forces surrounded the palace in Fier where he was hiding, and where he was fighting death.
After his arrest, he decided to speak out.
At the hospital, he didn't ask for a lawyer. Not even a family member. He asked for Altin Duman, the head of SPAK. They shared a last name, but they represented opposite worlds.
The wounded crime sought justice with the same surname. That day, Dumani did not only bring down himself.
