Charles Leclerc with Ferrari won this afternoon the Italian Grand Prix in Formula 1 held at the Monza track, the second seasonal success for him.
An incredible triumph for the Monegasque driver, who managed to come out on top thanks to a better tire strategy, with just one stop.
The "redhead" driver started the race from fourth place, but managed to win it thanks to better tire management, leaving behind the two McLaren cars, with Oscar Piastri (second) leaving behind his team-mate Lando Norris (the third). The latter could not win and why he started the race from "pole position".
A very good race by the Italian car, which achieved a great victory in front of its fans. This is the seventh career success for Leclerc. In fourth place was the other Ferrari car, that of Carlos Sainz, who also made a good appearance.
Then, Lewis Hamilton with Mercedes was classified, fifth. Another disappointing race for Red Bull, in sixth place with Max Verstappen, still in crisis and losing ground to Norris in the overall standings.
However, the Dutchman is still the leader of the Formula 1 world, although his car is no longer convincing and has not won for 6 races.
