The 2025 American Music Awards brought excitement and surprises to Las Vegas, where some of the biggest names in the music industry were honored. Kendrick Lamar led the nominations list with a whopping 10 categories, but walked away with just one trophy — for best hip-hop song.
Meanwhile, Billie Eilish grabbed the title of 'Artist of the Year', leaving even Lamar behind in this strong competition.
Taylor Swift, despite her 6 nominations and the all-time record for AMAs, did not win any awards this year. She was absent from the ceremony, putting to rest rumors of a possible announcement of "Reputation (Taylor's Version)."
