Arjon Muça has spoken about an aspect of his life that he had never shared with the public before.
Invited to an interview, Arjoni revealed a deep secret that he had not disclosed until now:
“I'm dyslexic, one of the things I've never said on screen. I have trouble reading,” he said, revealing for the first time an unknown side of his life.
When asked how he discovered this problem, Arjoni explained that it was during the period of primary school, when he began to realize that he had difficulties in learning to read.
"At the age of 6-7, I realized that when others could read, I couldn't. Not that I didn't know, but I just didn't quite understand how the concept of reading worked,” he said. For Arjon, the letters often took on strange shapes, and this was a moment that helped him realize that there was a challenge he had not discovered until then.
He found that to cope with this, he developed a special way of learning and working.
“I memorize, and when I start reading, my brain has developed the ability to create photographic images. I look at the letters and words again, as if they were pictures, and I can find the key points," Arjoni explained, illustrating how he overcomes this difficulty and manages to cope with his professional duties.
Arjoni thanked his colleagues, especially Erjona Rusi, for their unconditional support during the broadcasts, saying that she has been a great helper during tense moments when he had to read complicated documents.
