Olta Gixhari has confessed unknown details about her relationship with Dori, the father of her children. In an interview with Arbana Osmani, she told the first moment when they met and the special story that connects them together.
"Looking into each other's eyes, there was a very strong spark," said Olta, recalling the first meeting.
"Something happened to my stomach. We met by chance and then he ran away. His proposal happened in Rome, but it was in Spain that we had a very important conversation."
The actress revealed that, although they had only met a few times, Dori made her a sincere proposal:
"We were sitting at a counter in Spain. We hadn't kissed yet, we hadn't made love, but I said bluntly, 'We can both enjoy making love to each other, but I don't want to wake up tomorrow and not know what I have.' He said to me: 'Think about it. If you decide to come to Rome on this date, there is no going back.'”
Olta admitted that Dori is not rich, but comes from a simple and hard-working family. During their stay in Rome, Dori took the big step:
"He got down on my knees and said, 'Will you be my wife?' We never got married, but he got me pregnant," she said, laughing.
