Alfonso Signorini, the well-known Italian journalist and presenter, is under investigation by the Milan prosecutor's office following complaints filed by former Grande Fratello (Big Brother) contestant Antonio Medugno. The investigation is related to allegations of sexual harassment and blackmail, which are currently being examined by the Italian authorities.
This accusation was also made by Pamela Pratti, who said something like this during a Prime.
The investigation into Signorini is in its early stages. He has not been definitively charged and there is no court decision to substantiate the allegations of violence or blackmail. The prosecution is analyzing the evidence and testimony presented by the former participant.
According to Italian media, Signorini had announced his immediate self-suspension from Mediaset, due to accusations raised by Corona on his YouTube channel, "Falsissimo".
To face the investigations, Signorini has changed lawyers, choosing two well-known names: Daniela Missaglia and Domenico Aiello. Missaglia, an expert in family and individual law, has experience in high-profile separations such as that between Nina Moric and Fabrizio Corona, while Aiello is a criminal lawyer with experience in complicated corruption and public contract cases.
"We have all the means to prove that the denunciation is slanderous and the perpetrators are willing to destroy people's lives to earn millions of euros. This is what I call 'waste ethics'," Aiello declared, referring to the accusations against Signorini.
