While the citizens' protest continued in front of the Parliament building, accompanied by tensions and clashes with police forces, Prime Minister Edi Rama participated in the "Grant 2026" activity, dedicated to start-up programs.
During his speech, Rama focused on the phenomenon of online bullying, calling on young people not to be influenced by comments on social networks. He said that the comments are not representative
"Online bullying, with swearing, insults, accusations, from sources that are unworthy of your attention. I want to share a simple experience. Don't go down to the comments, they are unrepresentative. The algorithm has gone into hysteria. I used to respond to commenters, intensely. I realized that it was wrong and instead of getting respect, I only increased the engagement, and the amount of mud that was thrown back at me. I no longer go down under the post to see what is said. The start-up program is a program that is financed by money from the state budget," he emphasized.
