In today's court session against Plarent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, who are being tried for the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho in 2019, the three summoned witnesses did not appear, as they were not found in the apartment.
In court, SPAK prosecutor Adnan Xholi read the statements of an eyewitness who saw the vehicles that were used in the assassination attempt on former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj and Aleksandër Laho on November 1, 2019, an event in which driver Andi Maloku lost his life.
The witness was summoned to court, but he was not found after leaving Albanian territory, so the prosecutor read his statements given after the event to the judicial police officer.
"The two cars stopped and I saw the people who got out start arguing. One of them had a knife in his hand and said, 'Why didn't you finish the job? I'll cut your throat... Robt.'"
SPAK prosecutor Adnan Xholi also read the statements given by Aleksandër Laho after the incident in which he was injured.
Even "Rrumi" has not been found to be called as a witness, as he is a wanted person.
What did "Rrumi" say after the assassination attempt on November 1, 2019?
"Before the assassination, we were having lunch with Arjan Ndoja and Enver Shaba and a friend of his. When we left, I saw a girl named Lucy that I knew on the sidewalk, who was looking at us and then she got into a vehicle with a Mortgage official."

For this process, SPAK has requested several other people as witnesses, including Luan Mata, Ervin Mata's father.
