Members of the KPA have the status of Constitutional judges, which means that they cannot be treated under the 2016 Law on the Status of Prosecutors and Judges in the Republic of Albania.
Today in the early hours of the morning, Sokol Çomo and Ina Rama landed at the doors of the Supreme Court of Justice, with the sole and clear purpose of intimidating the members of this body into violating the Constitution solely to achieve their goal, to position themselves in the judiciary openly in violation of the Constitution.
After filing a petition in 2022 requesting that their seats be kept vacant, today they have taken the second flagrant step in violation of the law by meeting with those who will tomorrow consider not only their request but will also analyze how legally just this request is.
What would happen to a magistrate who, before undergoing the vetting process, went to the doors of the KPK or KPA and asked for votes to pass the process? Would Sokol Como run with Ina Rama and file a report for illegal influence or would he wait for them in their offices for a chat and coffee??
Why are these members in such a hurry to commit such openly illegal acts in broad daylight when they have been trumpeting to the magistrates and the Albanian people for 9 years that they only enforce the law and are the purest people morally and professionally?
Why did Sokol Çomo and Ina Rama run around today knocking on every door of the members of the Supreme Court of Justice to ask for favors? Or were they very worried that the lawyers showed in the media how unfair and unconstitutional their request to become judges is, how premeditated the system was by trying to grab seats on appeal to systemize themselves!
It doesn't take much intelligence to understand the efforts of Sokol Çomo and Ina Rama, dragging themselves to the doors of the Constitutional Court to influence the vote that would make them judges, when the Constitution has clearly determined that members of the KPA have the status of Constitutional judges and cannot be treated according to Law No. 96/2016 because they are not magistrates and the Constitutional Court has no jurisdiction over constitutional judges.
But today's movement of the KPA members clearly shows that they have gone to teach the members of the KLGJ how to interpret the Constitution and the law in their own special way, which only they know how to do, whoever has contacts with crime is clean and enjoys the trust of the public, whoever has full deposits or three or four apartments should continue their duty because it shows high professionalism and other double and multiple standards that when they take stock of their 9 years of work, they understand how much damage they have done not only to the system, but to the public as a whole!
Today, these members who wander the doors of the KPA have violated legal certainty with their work because they unfairly emptied the system by turning the reform from a constitutional process into a witch hunt, where people's destinies and their careers were destroyed by implementing the Constitution according to their own appetite!
Dear members of the KPA!
Since you are so pure and of such high integrity, you have not committed any sin in your work, why don't you let the members of the Supreme Court of Albania evaluate your request without your whispering in their ears and without involving the embassies, the EU, the OMN and all foreign nationalities living in Albania?
Do you act like all the magistrates of Albania who believed in fair and legal reform?
But there is only one answer in your case: You know very well how the law is deformed or undone when black prevails over white, because you are its authors yourself and now the time has come for you to be afraid of what you created as the standard of the KPA or Vetting!

Dyshe me te lige nuk ka
Ina Rama te mbylli skandalet e saj njehere qe ka te beje etiken, si perfshirjen e saj ne listat e Shikut, si bashkeputore e tij, te pastroje figuren e saj morale, te kerkoje falje per padrejtesite qe i ka bere shume magjistrateve te larguar padrejtesisht nga gjyqsori, te pastroje figuren e saj profesionale qe ia kane faktuar dhe vendimet e Gjykates se Strasburgut per hetimin shume te dobet te ceshtjes se 21 Janarit, te vdekjes se Kosta Trebickes, pastaj te shkoje prane KLGj per te nderhyre duke kryer nje veper penale sic eshte ushtrimini ndikimit te paligjshem. Ajo e di shume mire proceduren ligjore ku te paraqese kerkesen dhe te marre pergjigje zyrtare. Cfar te thuash per karrerristin Sokol Como i cili kushedi sa kolege te tij shumevjecar we i dinte shume mire qe kishin nje integritet te larte ne pune i ka larguar padrejtesisht, duke mbajtur ne sistem njerez te korruptuar dhe me integritet te dyshimte dhe qe ishin ne listat e partise socialiste si prioritare. Per keto lista e ndihmonte shoku intij i perjetshem dallkauku Toni Gogu, Fatmir Xhafa etj qe kur pinin kafene tek lokali i vellait te Kryeministrit ne bllok , benin dhe keto dallavere. Ky Sokol Como kur veproje ne kete menyre me koleget e tij cdo presesh te gjykoje me njerezit ne Gjykaten e Apelit? Por Sokol Como mban nje dore ne revani dhe nje dore ne bakllava se ai e ka shume mire dhe me Sali Berishen i cili nuk ja ka permendur asbjehere emrin , sepse vellai i Sokolit ka qene anetar i bordit te fondacionit te Liri Berishes qe ka kryer korrupsiin si ju ka dashur qejfi. Prandaj ju bej nje tirrje anetareve te KLGJ qe te mendohen mire kur te marrin ne shqyrtim kerkesat e ketyre monstrave, tju bejne veting ashtu sic ja u bene te gjithe magjistrateve, si dhe tju vije ne mendje kalvarin torturues te ketij procesi qe e benin keto monstra.
Te dy maskarenj Ina Rama ka vendosur kush rri dhe cili jo ne sistem bazuar ne para po shume ama, nderhyrjet e grupeve kriminale. Comon e ka terheq prej koqesh(nese ka) biondina sexdashese.
