A Russian citizen has been arrested in Dubai for the murder of a general in Moscow.
According to official information from Russia's security service, regarding the shooting of one of the country's top military generals, the FSB has identified the perpetrator of the crime as Russian citizen Lyubomir Korba.
"With the help of partners from the United Arab Emirates... [he] was detained in Dubai and handed over to the Russian side," the security service says.
On Friday, several shots were fired at Lieutenant General Vladimir Alexeyev in a residential building on Volokolamskoye Highway in northwest Moscow.
The Russian Investigative Committee said the suspect fled the scene.
