The super-theft through a tender given to the oligarch Pëllumb Salillari 15 days ago, by the Director of Roads, Evis Berberi, has passed in complete silence, to guarantee the protection of the Milot-Morina road in the parts where the rivers cause soil erosion.
It does not take much thought to understand that these billions of lek were given to Pëllumb Salillar by order of Edi Rama, as reimbursement for financing the campaign and buying votes in the 5 municipalities of the Berat District, while Belinda Balluku and the director of Roads, Evis Barbers have implemented the order.
