For more than two hours, many subscribers were unable to make calls and had no access to mobile internet. In some cases, phones displayed a network signal, but the system did not allow any form of communication.
While a clarification from the company was expected, the situation has worsened further today. According to reports from citizens, the recharge system is not even functioning, leaving many users unable to activate monthly offers or add credit to their numbers.
