The anti-government protest continued with a march through the streets of Tirana, after the rally held in front of the Prime Minister's Office building ended.
After speeches given by activists and citizens, the participants set off on a march, temporarily blocking several axes of the capital and repeating calls against the political class.
During the march, slogans such as "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison", "Edi Rama, resign", "New Albania", "Revolution", as well as other calls against the government and the opposition were heard.
Protesters held national flags and banners with anti-corruption messages, while the march took place under the presence of numerous police forces, who monitored the movement of the crowd.
This evening's rally marked the 54th day of anti-government protests. Organizers reiterated their demand for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the release of protesters escorted by police, and the repeal of a series of laws that they say violate the public interest.
The march continues on the streets of Tirana, while protesters have warned that their mobilization will continue in the coming days.
