Since its creation in 2019, SPAK has seized 64 immovable properties, 26 movable properties, 11 commercial entities, of which 7 entities were fully seized, and the respective quotas of persons under investigation for 4 other entities.
Once seized, the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency publishes them and most of them are leased out. 3,982 assets and material evidence, which mainly include apartments, service units, land and vehicles, are currently under the supervision of this institution.
Journalist Anila Hoxha has shared details on "Top Story" from the seizure of an apartment belonging to former prosecutor Adriatik Llalla, stating that after the confiscation, this property was transferred to the state and is today used as a social and cultural center.
