The Constitutional Court has postponed until Thursday the session where the government's appeal against the suspension of Belinda Balluku from her duties as minister and deputy prime minister by decision of the Constitutional Court will be considered.
The Constitutional Court judges' meeting will take place on December 4th to discuss whether or not to consider the government's request.
We recall that the Constitutional Court College met today for the preliminary review of the request submitted by Prime Minister Edi Rama to reject the suspension of Belinda Balluku.
The Constitutional Court explained earlier that after the initial analysis, the College decided to refer the case to the Assembly of Judges, which will assess whether all admissibility criteria are met to send it to a plenary session or not.
