Prime Minister Edi Rama has quickly distributed the invitation he received from the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, for Albania to be part of the Gaza Peace Board.
Trump has invited Rama to represent Albania in joining as a founding member state and becoming a party to the Peace Board Statute.
For this invitation, Prime Minister Rama expressed respect and assured citizens that he will do everything to exalt the name of Albania.
"And with the honor and pleasure of sharing with you the letter I received yesterday from the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, thanking you for the privilege of the trust you have given me, as well as assuring you that I will do everything necessary to exalt the name of Albania and the dignity of Albanians, I wish you a peaceful Sunday ," Rama writes.
According to Trump, Albania is invited to join the board as a founding member and then become a party to the Peace Board Statute.
“Our achievement brings together a distinguished group of nations ready to shoulder the noble responsibility of building ENDURABLE PEACE, an Honor reserved for those who are prepared to lead by example, and to dedicate themselves skillfully to a secure and prosperous future for generations to come. In the near future, we will gather our wonderful and committed partners, many of whom are highly respected World Leaders. As Chair of the Board, I formally invite the Republic of Albania, represented by you, to join us as a Founding Member State, and to become a party to the Statute of the Peace Board. This board will be so special that nothing like it has ever existed before! Each Member State may appoint an authorized representative on its behalf to participate in and contribute to the meetings. Attached is the Comprehensive Plan, and "The Board Charter, which is now available for your signature and ratification," Trump's letter states.
