Not only the attention of the media and people, but the songs performed by the Albanian icon, Parashqevi Simaku, are capturing staggering numbers.
The director of Acromax Media, Aldor Nini, reveals in an interview that there are many third parties who have posted on YouTube the songs performed by the singer in question, which have managed to count up to 100 million views.
According to the director, all rights to Simak's songs belong to RTSH, which is the only entity that can officially publish these artistic materials.
"Youtube pays for the one who produces the video and the one who produces the audio. The singer in question, as a performer, must receive the income from the collective agencies. She can't get any income from Youtube. There are third parties who do not have rights who have taken the song and put it on YouTube. All song rights belong to RTSH. He is the entity that can officially publish them. As he owns the visual and audio part. There are some songs that have been dropped. There are videos up to 700 thousand clicks. In total it can be 100 million clicks. Between half a million and 1 million euros could have been made with her songs in total, which were dropped by third parties", stated Aldor Nini.
Next, Nini commented a little on the case of Pirro Çakos, who was commented on a lot on the network after he blocked some of the channels that had published the song of Parashqevi Simaku with the title "E duam hapurişinin", to publish it on his YouTube platform.
Also, the author emphasizes that in such cases, the copyright belongs to RTSH, which can then distribute all the income to the components that have contributed to the production of this musical material.
