Social media phenomenon Hatixhe Brika was the next guest on Grida Duma's podcast. Surprisingly, Hati mentioned a memory from her childhood that had to do with the podcast's author.
Asked by Duma about her relationship with politics, Hati answers honestly:
"Too bad. I don't follow politics at all."
But immediately after that, she surprises Grida with an early memory from childhood:
"I remember when you ran for mayor of Durrës. You came to my neighborhood to campaign. I was little, I was playing with my sister, and someone said to us: 'Come on, we're going to meet Grida Duma.' They sat us in the front row, you came, greeted us, and even kissed us on the forehead. I have this memory from politics in Albania."
Grida Duma, surprised by Hati's detailed memory, smiles and responds with humor:
"Even for beauty, this is a normal political marketing tactic."
A warm moment that took not only Duma, but also the audience, back in time, making the conversation between them one of the most human and sincere episodes of the podcast.
