Well-known social media influencer, Joe Vadakkedam, has recently made a very special and original video that has received great attention on TikTok and Instagram, promoting Albanian culture and cuisine in a creative way.
In the video, shot in New York, Joe is on his balcony when he accidentally sees internationally famous Albanian rapper G4shi on the street. With great enthusiasm, he calls out to him from the balcony and asks: "Are you hungry? Do you want to eat something Albanian?"
The answer is not long in coming and Joe immediately gets to work in the kitchen. He decides to cook one of the traditional Albanian specialties: spinach pie, a dish he describes as "full of flavor and without a doubt very tasty."
Throughout the video, Joe meticulously documents the process of making the pie, sharing every step with his followers and revealing his love for Albanian cooking and culture. He also uses the song “Rings” by G4sh and G-Eazy as the soundtrack of the video – a way to honor the artist he’s cooking for.
After finishing cooking, Joe goes downstairs to personally offer it to G4sh, who welcomes him with a smile and great appreciation. In addition to the rapper, random passersby also try the pie and the reactions are extremely positive – everyone appreciates the authentic taste and Joe's dedication.
