Moments of tension have been recorded in the Olympic Park premises where the counting of votes of Albanians living and working in Greece has begun this morning.
The reasons for the tensions are unknown, but it is a verbal debate between two political representatives from the justice system, Ulsi Manja from the Socialist Party and Gjin Gjon from the Democratic Party.
Manja is heard addressing John with the words: "I forgave you once"
The recount of a box of diaspora ballots for the Lezha Region was accompanied by tensions in the Olympic Park premises even when the head of the CEC, Ilirian Celibashi, was holding a press conference with the media.
The reason for the recount was the Democratic Party's claim of three votes. According to the Democrats, the votes were not reflected in the ballot box minutes.
