"Party of the Skuts"/ Bad fight in the Parliament between Noka and the
Noka and Lamallari

It was the DP MP, Flamur Noka, who reacted harshly to the statements of the Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, accusing the government of connections with criminal segments and attacking the way the situation was managed outside the Parliament.

"When you listen to this minister, you feel sorry for the level to which the Albanian state has fallen. There is a greater shame! What kind of minister are you? You are a soldier of Oltion Bistri. You have no connection with the state, you have connections with gangs," declared Noka.

The debate continued with the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, who had earlier accused the opposition of not distancing itself from the violent acts during the protest and demanded that the Parliament take a clear stance against attacks on the police.

In response, Noka used harsh tones towards Balla, accusing him and the government of having connections with incriminated persons.

"Edi Rama raped you, Gys Agasi raped you, that's why you like rape because you grew up among rapes ," said Noka.

The clashes began after discussions over police intervention against protesters outside the Parliament. Democratic MP Agron Gjekmarkaj accused the government of a lack of reaction and demanded explanations for the substances used by the police during the dispersal of the crowd.

"Mr. Lamallari should come here and give explanations about the substances that are being used against them, unusual ones that are causing body burns. Ambulances are coming and going," declared Gjekmarkaj.

On the other hand, the Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, said that the tools used by the State Police are certified and are used for self-defense and neutralizing violent individuals.

According to him, the opposition should distance itself from those who use violence during protests, accusing some of them of trying to create tensions through hooded figures.

"The Molotov Party" and "the Scutts' Party" were some of the labels used by Lamallari during the debate, while he stated that the State Police is carrying out its duty to guarantee security.

The verbal clashes in the Parliament took place in parallel with the protest outside Parliament, where there were clashes between protesters and police, the use of pressurized water, tear gas, and other irritating means.
