The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has seized the assets of Paris Prenga and his family members, who is convicted of murder and participation in a criminal group.
The prosecution explains that his assets were unjustified and stemmed from criminal activity.
It is learned that an apartment, a garage, a plot of land and a car service facility have been placed in the sextro.
"At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, the assets of citizen PP were seized, convicted of the criminal offense of 'Premeditated Murder', 'Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition' and 'Structured Criminal Group', provided for by articles 78/2-22, 152, 278, 28/4 and 333/a of the Criminal Code.
From the investigations of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, conducted on the basis of the material referred by the General Directorate of the State Police, it resulted that citizen PP has an unjustified economic level and it is suspected that he has acquired his real estate as a result of his criminal activity for which he has also received the relevant sentence.
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, within the framework of the property investigation no. 05/P, dated 02.07.2025, requested the seizure of his assets and those of his family, because they are not justified by legal sources, as follows:
Property with no. 3/708+4-8, vol.23, pg/120, ZK 8130, of the type "Apartment" with an area of 97.7 m2;
Property with no. 3/708-G2, vol.23, pg/3, ZK 8130, of the type "Garage" with an area of 18.95 m2;
Property with no. 1/312-N20, vol.24, pg/232, ZK 8370, of the type "Unit" with an area of 256.1 m2; as well as
the activity of the subject "Auto Art Service", the Prosecutor's Office's announcement states.
