A prosecutor and a judge are "seriously offended" that the lawyer of a defendant has told a truth that the justice system wants to investigate. They join together and demand and impose a measure of arrest with deprivation of liberty for the legal representative of one of the arrested. Audio of the session published by Lawyer Arben Llangozi, the first complainant, speaks of the professional and procedural correctness of Ulian Barjam.

They should have thanked Barjami and co-investigated. But no. Arrogance, violence, incompetence in decision-making are screaming more and more repeatedly in the Prosecutor's Office and the Court. Citizen despair and anger went to extremes until the murder of Judge Kalaja a few weeks ago. The system's capture by the reform has spawned this new army merged with power.
These same prosecutors and judges, not forgetting the overwhelming majority of police officers, when they receive the Napoleon of love with the bandits in the conversations intercepted on Sky-Enchro, why don't they raise their voices?! They take and give money. Property. And worse, they are shamefully emotionally affected by the gangsters. And there are plenty of them, men and women in the justice system, slaves to the drunkards of crime.
What about SPAK?!

The candidate for head of SPAK Klodian Braho was also a signatory. The son may be in his right, but the father is excluded from voting as a pure conflict of interest. This is not an isolated case. Nearly 40 percent of the Investigation Bureau are nepotism of the system, children and their families of KLP, KLGJ, KPK, KPA, and perhaps SPAK.
The race is entering the circle of suspicion of "vote theft". The structure where we expected the investigation of the May 11 elections, equally exposes its own choice.

Then they hold irritating rallies when citizens turn their eyes away and revolt from self-justification. Professional honesty keeps crime away. In every path. An immediate investigation by the Special Structure, with the tag of an investigation of their own kind, should be carried out against Ceka and Strakosha, and with the immediate release of Barjam. And then they should share the time and chairs with the new elections, where they have currently distributed the post-election positions among their friends.
SPAK should not end up in personal names. Nor should it be under the wing of governments, politics, or embassies. If any of them do not meet those professional and integrity criteria, as the law requires, then they should find themselves somewhere else.
