The 46th protest march of the civic revolt begins on the main streets of Tirana. After speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, the protesters headed to the "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard, continuing the march through the streets of the capital.
With national flags in their hands, ironic banners and continuous calls against Prime Minister Edi Rama, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, as well as the entire political class, hundreds of citizens of different ages, young, old and children, became part of the march.
The protesters repeated the calls that have accompanied the civic movement for 46 days, including "Rama go!", "Berisha go!", "Everyone go!", "Down with the political caste!", "We love Albania like all of Europe!" and "The government and politics have turned into a harem!".
The march was also accompanied by banners with messages against the government and the political caste, while protesters reiterated their demands for the resignation of the government, a change in the political system, and the restoration of representative democracy.
After covering the route on the main streets of the capital, the protesters will return to the Prime Minister's Office building, where they will close the 46th day of protest, warning that the rallies will continue in the coming days until their demands are met.
