Donald Trump has attacked the Super Bowl LX halftime show, featuring Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny, as "one of the worst in history" and "an insult to the greatness of America."
In a lengthy post on Truth Social, published just minutes after the show ended, Trump wrote that the performance was "absolutely terrible" and that it did not represent the "standards of success, creativity or excellence" that, according to him, characterize the United States.
Trump's criticism focused on the fact that Bad Bunny's repertoire was entirely in Spanish, as well as the show's choreography, which he described as "disgusting," especially for the children who attended the show.
"No one understands a word this guy is saying and the dancing is disgusting... this 'show' is just a slap in the face to our country," Trump wrote.

He added that the show had nothing inspiring and predicted that it would receive positive reviews from what he called the "Fake News Media," which he accused of being out of touch with reality.
Bad Bunny's performance included a number of references to his native Puerto Rico, bringing elements of the island's natural beauty to the center of Levi's Stadium. At the end of the set, the artist held up a soccer ball with the message "Together We Are America," while a giant screen flashed the slogan "The only thing more powerful than hate is love."
Trump closed his response by criticizing the “ridiculous new Kickoff rule,” which he had previously called a symbol of “dirty football.” The rule is intended to protect players from violent head-to-head collisions, which are linked to serious health problems like chronic traumatic encephalopathy.
Earlier, Trump had confirmed that he would attend the 'All-American' Finale Show hosted by Turning Point USA, which featured country singers and Kid Rock.
