Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that the resignation of AMP head Florian Sulejmani is related to Prime Minister Edi Rama's "broomstick", which has also included the police, regarding the protection of the territory from unauthorized construction.
Invited to the "Real Story" show on ABC News, Karamuço said that there is a shake-up of the police and that there will be other movements.
"There is a shake-up. This latest operation has highlighted the inefficiency of some institutions. AMP also had its costs. Likewise for the control of the territory. There have also been denunciations of AMP employees who had committed usurpations.
I think that in the context of all this that is being sought, the general director of the police has had a special meeting, it has not been made public. He has requested the strengthening of the structures.
"There must be measures. There is definitely a connection, listen in the coming days, the concrete measures that will be taken against other AMP inspectors, which are part of what has happened during these days ," he emphasized.
