Ervin Bashi has taken an important step in his career, signing with Serie B club Catanzaro, after standing out in a lower division in Italian football with the Pro Patria jersey.
The Albanian boy, who plays with the red and black youth teams, has made a name for himself at a young age and in the 2022-2023 season he was with the Milan youth team, who loaned him out by paying 5 thousand euros for his card. But now the 19-year-old Albanian will have the opportunity to show how much he is worth in the most important football, which does not scare him, although it is an important step in his career at a young age.
" I am a central defender, but I can also play on the wing in a three-man defence. My strong point is aggression. I am happy to be here, as I know that this club can help me grow, as I did at Pro Patria. I have matured both from a footballing and human point of view at that club. I know that Serie B is a difficult championship, but it doesn't scare me. I am a very hard worker, I hope to give my best ", said the Albanian youngster in his presentation.
" I'm happy to have come to Catanzaro, as everyone has spoken well of me. I know that the fans are passionate and supportive, allowing you to work calmly. I guarantee that my teammates and I will give everything for this very important jersey. I can't wait to get on the field and experience those emotions which will undoubtedly be great ," were the words of the defender, who recently also played for the Albanian U-21 national team.
