Vllaznia is ready for one of the most important matches of this early season. The Shkodra team will face Malisheva tomorrow in the return match of the first qualifying round of the Conference League, with the clear objective of securing passage to the second round.
The match will be played at the "Zahir Pajaziti" stadium in Podujeva, starting at 16:30. The Reds travel to Kosovo with the advantage of a 2-1 victory at "Loro Boriçi", where they overturned the result thanks to goals from Qato and Emiljano Musta, after conceding a goal in the opening minutes.
However, there is no room for complacency within the Shkodran camp. The technical staff and players are aware that qualification will only be decided after the 90 minutes of the return leg and that Malisheva will do everything to overturn the disadvantage.
For this reason, coach Edi Martini has carefully prepared every detail. Unlike usual, the last training session was held at noon, at the same time as the match, with the aim of acclimatizing the players to the conditions of the challenge as best as possible.
During the preparations, there was no shortage of high-intensity exercises, while special importance was given to tactical organization. Martini has demanded maximum implementation of tasks in both the defensive and offensive phases, working on the movements and schemes that the team should apply in different game situations.
The objective is for Vllaznia to appear balanced, avoid mistakes and best manage the advantage of the first match. Although optimism is not lacking, focus remains maximum, as only a serious and disciplined performance can ensure the continuation of the red and blues' European adventure.
A qualification to the second round would be another positive result for Albanian football in the international arena and would give Vllaznia the dreamed-of continuity in the Conference League.
