A few days ago, the media reported an attempted kidnapping of a 7-year-old girl near the building where she lived. The incident was fortunately averted thanks to the reaction of the minor girl.
Shkënda Lili, invited to the show "Top Story", recounted the entire incident, how it happened and her investigation until the discovery of the perpetrator, where she stated that it had nothing to do with her work as a detective.
After following up with her private detectives and the police, she discovered that it was a woman who lived in a complex between the Aviation Field and Astiri, the wife of a police officer from police station number 3, who is suspected of having mental problems, as she had repeated cases and is the same one who appeared 8 months ago in a supermarket while picking up a small two-year-old child.
"I've had a terrible week, I believe that every parent will understand me. The portals have exaggerated the truth a little, so I took the courage to clarify this, which has nothing to do with the work I do. Although, from the beginning, I also had my doubts, so I investigated in cooperation with the Police and my work group. In 24 hours I discovered it and we cleared everything up.
The incident happened in the residence where I live. I always stay at the cafe in the afternoon, which has a full view of the neighborhood, which I control, where no cars pass by, and the children are very safe there, there are cameras everywhere. First of all, I never leave my daughter alone, at any moment. One moment she says to me 'mom, take my scooter upstairs and get me a shirt because I'm sweating' and when I get into the elevator, not even a minute has passed, my daughter picks me up at the intercom on the stairs screaming, 'mom, someone is stealing from me'. And in seconds I go to the bar, 'what happened?' and no one had actually noticed. The bar was full of people, children and mothers around the residence. The first thing I did was to open the cameras of the bar where I was sitting and I saw all the movement from where the lady with glasses and bread in her hand had come. I stayed with the building administrator for about two hours to see it in detail. I made the complaints myself, privately.
I watched the lady's every move, very calm, well-dressed, not giving the impression in the world that she might have problems, that she might have mood swings. She headed straight for the girl and grabbed her by the arm. The girl was a bit agile, since I give her a lot of lectures, in fact, she ran away from her and in the meantime, this one went after her, to a certain point where the bar's camera caught her. Not very far away, 1 meter - 2 meters, she approached her and the girl ran away. But, when she caught her, she grabbed her by snatching her and there were marks on her arm. In the meantime, we also opened the cameras in the area, we asked everyone if anyone knew her, no one knew her. Looking at the footage from all the cameras, we arrived at the "Green City" complex.
You can see where she enters, at the entrance of the building where she lived and a moment when she entered, which was very suspicious. She entered and came out again to check to be sure, if someone was following her, for the action she had taken. She was aware that she had done something, with the way she behaved. The administrator of that building did not know her. We stayed, it was from 7:30 to 10 pm with the building's cameras to see if she would come out. We thought she might be a visitor, she was hiding somewhere, etc. She did not come down again, I locked her there, and with the working group I stayed until 8 am at the entrance of the building and she did not come out.
I couldn't take it anymore and I knocked on door after door, that was my decision. The police said 'no, we'll solve it'. From the first floor to the 7th floor. On the 7th floor, I knocked on the first door and it didn't open, but then the elevator door opened and a gentleman came out and I said 'do you know this lady? I can show you a video?' He was the lady's husband, he saw the video and, man, he was completely shocked and I said 'we'll go downstairs, I said I have people downstairs, let's sit down and explain ourselves'.
He was shaking all over, the gentleman was a police officer at police station no. 3. We sat down, explained ourselves and he told the whole story of his wife who has been aggravated for 6 months and has been suffering a little from fluctuations for 2 years and they lived in a rented house.
