Agron Domi, one of the child actors who took part in the well-known film "Poppies on the Wall", told how the group of children was selected to take part in this film.
In a confession for the show "When a film was shot" on the RTSH 1 show, Domi said that it was a long two-month job to select the group of children who also marked "Poppies on the walls"
"A big two-month job to find not only actors. About 5-6 children may have been selected from the "Emin Duraku" school. The others were disqualified, only I remained," said Domi.
He pointed out that it was a difficult job to find the right characters even for the director Dhimitër Anagnosti himself.
"To find the characters, the extras would have to be orphans as well, except for the ones who would play. Everyone would be scanned, everyone would be seen. It must have been difficult for the assistant as well as for the director Dhimitër Anagnosti to stand out among the crowd of these children", said Domi in the show "When a film was shot".
