A 46-year-old man has been arrested by the Police after being caught red-handed stealing a bicycle at the entrance of a building on "Kastriotët" Street, in Tirana.
According to police, the 46-year-old is suspected of being the perpetrator of 12 other thefts that occurred during the months of June and July, mainly of bicycles and electric motorcycles.
"The 46-year-old was caught red-handed stealing a bicycle at the entrance to a building, and was put in handcuffs."
The 46-year-old is also suspected of being the author of 12 other thefts committed during June and July.
The services of Police Commissariat No. 3, in cooperation with Commissariats 2 and 4, in continuation of the work to crack down on illegalities in the field of property and wealth theft, arrested and handcuffed citizen FB, 46 years old.
This citizen was caught red-handed stealing a bicycle at the entrance of a building on "Kastriotët" Street.
Also, from investigative actions, it is suspected that this citizen, during the period June-July 2025, stole 12 electric motorcycles/bicycles, in different neighborhoods of Tirana.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
