Kosovo put on a spectacular performance at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium, defeating Armenia 5-2 in a friendly match that reinforces optimism ahead of official challenges.
The first half started with some unfortunate moments for the home team. The Armenians took the lead in the 8th minute, when Saipi deflected the ball into his own goal, and then with Spertsyan's goal in the 29th minute. In between, Dellova temporarily equalized in the 23rd minute, keeping the hope of a comeback alive.
Everything changed in the second half, where the "Dardans" showed strength and character. Vojvoda scored accurately from the penalty spot in the 61st minute, while Emërllahu completely overturned the result in the 71st. The climax of the celebration came with the two goals scored at the end by Albion Rrahmani, in the 90' and 90+3' minutes.
The referee of the match was Juxhin Xhaja, who awarded a penalty for Kosovo, being part of a challenge that spoke in every aspect for the home team.
This victory not only boosts the team's morale, but also sends a clear signal about the preparation and quality that Kosovo aims to display on the international stage.
