"I couldn't breathe", Egli Tako: I went to the psychiatrist and

Egli Tako and Valbona Mhilli have told about the panic attack, which both have passed. Egli said that she took medicine to overcome her condition, even though at first she was afraid to take it.

Egli told how she took her psychologist and told her "I'm dying, I can't breathe anymore". She also recounted a trip to Greece where she had a panic attack and those were the most terrible days of her life.

"In the beginning, I did a therapy consultation with a psychologist because I didn't want medication either. There is no chance - I said medication. I even went to psychology, badly, seriously, I understood that I was not a psychologist. I remember, he would call me and say 'call me whenever you want'. I remember one day I was lying in bed and I got him on the phone. I wasn't at my mom's then, I was alone at home. I tell him 'I'm dying, I can't breathe anymore, I'm very tired, I don't want to live anymore'.

He tells me 'please open the door, take the toilets, do something hard, and come out'. I said 'I don't have the power to lower the lock, what are you saying'?

When I went to Greece, I experienced horror, the 3 blackest days of my life. I said that when I go to Albania I will get treatment or don't leave me alone.

When I came to Tirana, I went to the family doctor and she directed me to a psychiatrist. I took the medicine and didn't want to take it. When I took the medicine I was afraid, I had convinced myself that I would see hallucinations. When I drank them my heart started, I thought 'now I'm crazy'.

But it was the best thing I've done", Egli confessed.
