The Iranian armed forces say they have continued to expand their missile arsenal since the start of the war, despite the intensification of American attacks.
Army spokesman Abolfazl Shekarchi said the army has produced missiles and attack drones during all phases of the conflict between the US, Israel and Iran, including the period when the memorandum of understanding came into effect, state media Press TV reported.
"The missiles are going directly from the production lines into operational use, while at the same time we are replenishing our reserves," Shekarchi declared.
He added that, despite extensive intelligence operations, the United States has failed to identify the location of various facilities where Iranian missiles are manufactured.
Iran has reportedly withstood a greater number of US strikes than the Trump administration had anticipated. The CIA estimated in May that Tehran retained about 70% of its pre-war missile arsenal. Meanwhile, Iranian drones and weapons are relatively cheap to produce, while the cost of intercepting them for the US runs into millions of dollars each time.
