With this Draft Law, Sali Berishas, Ilir Metës, Tomë Doshit and all those who have these 3 "spots", would be deprived of their right to become MPs, ministers, officials of independent constitutional institutions and party leaders political.
One of the articles was this: At the moment of the adoption of the law, the term of office and the right of party representation is removed from "non-grata" persons from the USA, London and any EU country, who are MPs, ministers and presidents. party, and this category is prohibited from running.
From September to March 2023, Taulant Bala used 16 times publicly as a threat in the parliament, the Draft Law for the removal from politics of former security spies, "non grata" and former leaders of the communist party .
But during 9 months, the Draft-Law was kept closed in the drawer, according to Babloku and Balla, they did not allow Lindita Nikolla to present it for a vote in the parliament, although it was approved with a simple majority of 50%+1 votes.
Unfortunately, the DP also became a party, while Foltorja and the Freedom Party were silent because the two leaders, Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta, are former leaders of the communist party, "non grata" and former security spies, but the SP also has many former -party secretary of APS and former security spy.
But this draft law will not be approved, because according to information provided by "Pamphlet", the initiator Taulant Balla withdrew his proposal made in September 2022, without clarifying the reason why he withdrew.
While the Conference of Speakers in the Assembly, or more precisely the leaders of the position-opposition parties, have accepted the request of Taulant Balla, canceling the law that would remove the spy Ilir Meta from politics, the "non grata" Sali Berisha and Tom Doshi and would stop introducing others like these.
