Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, also the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, was supposed to start the marathon trial at the GJKKO today for the "Partizani" file, but he did not appear, arguing that he had not been notified.
Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha revealed more details from the court process and the "Partizani" file in "Top Story".
She said that we will have to wait until July 21 to see if Berisha will sign the summons to appear in court. She then touched on the possible scenario, if the lawyers and defendants want to postpone the trial until the fall.
"The process took a few minutes due to Berisha not receiving the subpoena. The lawyer said that it was a short time and she did not have time to contact her client. This means that each of them must sign the subpoena."
