Actress Danielle Mason, 42, has publicly accused her ex-fiancé, Lee Dopson, 45, of a physical assault that she claims occurred after their engagement party in November 2024. The British star, also known as the half-sister of "EastEnders" actress Jessie Wallace, shared a photo of her damaged face on Instagram and a series of posts discussing her legal battles with Lee.
According to what she told the Daily Mail, the incident happened after a lavish party at the DoubleTree By Hilton St Anne's hotel in Wokingham. She secured a restraining order against Lee last week at Slough Crown Court.
Danielle felt compelled to speak out publicly after Lee posted a video of himself with visible marks on his face, claiming he was the victim. But Danielle insisted his injuries were the result of her defending herself during the attack. The couple began dating in 2023, after meeting in a supermarket while walking their children to school. They both have children from previous relationships. Danielle has two children with ex-husband Tony Giles, with whom she appeared on the show “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.”
She emphasized that she did not want to be exposed on social media, but felt the need to tell the truth due to her ex-fiancé's public statements.
