Academic Artan Fuga has stated that the civilization of civilization in Albania is heading towards decline. With the unity of the people around the party, with votes, with debates in parliament, but because these cannot correct the reasons we said and because the vote has nothing to do with the correction that the electorate will make to the system, it means that our civilization is heading towards decline. When will it go? In 10 years, 15 years, 20 years? I don't know that.
