Michelle Obama recently decided to share some details about her marriage to Barack Obama, emphasizing that marriage is not always easy and requires work and acceptance of one's partner's flaws.
In the first episode of her and brother Craig Robinson's podcast, "IMO," Michelle revealed what irritates her most about her husband, former US President Barack Obama.
She said that one of the things that worries her the most is Barack's tardiness, adding that he has had difficulty trying to be punctual.
"Barack had to adapt to what I considered being punctual," Michelle said, joking that he is "on island time," referring to the former president's Hawaiian background.
Michelle gave a specific example of his tardiness, showing that he was often late going to the bathroom just when it was time to leave.
I would say, 'Hey, starting at 3 o'clock means you're done, don't start looking for glasses at 3 o'clock.'
However, Michelle stressed that after 30 years of marriage, Barack has improved, adding that this has come with the years and "you have to adapt."
