Through an ironic reaction on social media, the head of government has shared images of other European countries, such as Italy, Greece, Croatia and Montenegro, that have been flooded as a result of rainfall.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the weather situation in the country. In a post, Rama has ironized the opposition, who have blamed the government for all the problems created.
Through an ironic reaction on social media, the head of government has shared images of other European countries, such as Italy, Greece, Croatia and Montenegro, that have been flooded as a result of rainfall.
"I don't understand why they are not blaming me, the government and the municipality of Durrës for the recent heavy rains in Italy, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and so on... It's a great surprise for the oppositions there, if only they would at least blame their governments, nothing, no nonsense," writes Edi Rama.
Bad weather has affected many cities across the country, causing flooding, power outages, traffic problems, and school cancellations.

Heavy rainfall caused severe flooding yesterday across the country, especially in Durrës and Lezha, paralyzing roads, neighborhoods, the Tirana-Durres highway, and suspending activity in several schools and markets.
The situation in Durrës is more problematic in the suburban areas, where around 800 homes and dozens of businesses have been flooded.
In Lezha and Kurbin, over 2,300 hectares of agricultural land were covered by water on Tuesday, with around 150 homes surrounded and classes suspended in several schools.
Meanwhile, the Institute of Geosciences warns of continued rainfall in the coming days and the risk of flooding and landslides, while authorities remain in constant monitoring.

Dhe kjo ndodh thjesht qe qeverisemi nga nje psikopat demagog njeri i diskretiduar per vjedhjet galopante gjithe kohes qe ai vete ka qene ne pushtet. Problemi nuk eshte i shirave po i qeverise Rama qe nuk ka be investime per vepra hidroteknike per mbrojtjen nga shirat, sic ben gjithe bota demokratike, dhe permbytjet jane pasoje e vjedhjeve te qeverise dhe korrupsionit galopant te qeverise Rama. Miljonat e eurove per rikonstruksionin e hidrovoreve te Shqiperise ,jane grabitur nga grabitqaret e qeverise Rama. Ne itali e vende demokratike qeverite kane investuar per mbrojtjen e quteteve nga permbytjet , tjeter gje probemet nga rreshqitjet e dherave qe ne ve det pete dimore eleminohen ,kurse ne Shqiperi ,gjasin me vite. Shikje Amsterdamin ,pa investime ne vepra hidroteknike do isht e mbuluar nga uji , po wevefite atje investonne va hdimisht Permbytjet ne Shqiperi jane vetem problem i grabitjeve te grabitesve qeverise Rama dhe korfulsionit galopant te kesaj qeveria we mendon vetem per paxtrimin w eurove te karteleve te droges
I shkreti ti, po ti bien ne qafe. Bej si viktime njehere. Pastaj shiko mos japesh ndonje leje per kulle apo bej ndonje tender se kohe te veshtire vijne.
